Tropical Fruit Salad

This healthy and exotic fruit salad was a hit at our Island Fever BBQ. I had been wanting to try new fruits and this was the perfect opportunity to try it! I used tropical fruit that were fresh and in season. The colors of the fruit were appetizing and appealing... and most importantly, healthy and delicious. Next time, I'll add diced pineapple and serve it in a pineapple "boat".

Strawberries (2 qt)
(2) Papaya, diced (Learn how to cut a papaya here)
(2) Mangoes, diced (Learn how to cut a mango here)
Fresh lime juice, 1 lime (optional)
Sweetened, shredded coconut (optional)

1. Dice all fruit into bite-sized chunks.
2. Squeeze fresh lime juice on top of fruit (optional).
3. Garnish with sweetened, shredded coconut (optional).
