I planned and thought, and re-planned and thought some more. I had all these ideas in my head, but I wanted to ensure the food paired well together as well. I came up with the following menu, and it was well-received!
Appetizer: Ranch Cheese-Its, Puppy Chow (Something salty & sweet)
Entree: Onion Burgers & Ranch Burgers, both with Steakhouse Caramelized Onions, sliced tomato, and buttered grilled whole-wheat buns
Sides: Garlic fries & Buffalo fries (topped with Basil Salt & Garlic Mayonnaise from this recipe), Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with Tomatoes & Fresh Mozzarella
Salad: Southwestern Wagon Wheel Pasta Salad
Dessert: Black Magic Cake with Raspberry Filling and Chocolate Fudge Frosting and vanilla bean ice cream, Mini "Burgers & Fries"
