Greek Feast!

Since we both enjoy cooking, Rachel and I had been talking about getting together to have a cooking day- just an all-out cooking adventure to try new recipes and enjoy making food together. We decided to "vamp" our idea and turn it into an international cooking theme. Our first feat- Greece!

Throwing around some ideas, we finalized our menu:
Chicken Gyros with Tzatziki sauce
Greek salad with homemade Greek Dressing
Patates Fournou (Greek Lemon-Oregano Roasted Potatoes)
Grilled Peaches with Greek Yogurt, Honey, and Cinnamon
Nutella Spanokopitas
Four-minute White Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Raspberry Sauce

Needless to say, the dinner turned out to be a feast, and we had a lot of leftovers. The menu was great, and the guys gobbled and groaned over the food. Score!
