Ingredients:
2 ears of corn, shucked and all silk removed
2 Tbsp butter, softened
Salt, to taste
Aluminum foil
Directions:
1. Heat grill to medium/medium-high heat.
2. Take approximately 1 Tbsp of softened butter, and generously cover the entire surface of the corn.
3. Sprinkle salt, to taste.
4. Wrap your corn individually in foil, sealing tightly at both ends.
5. Place your corn directly on the grill and cook, covered, for 15-20 minutes. The kernels will be tender when ready.
