Grilled Corn on the Cob

We love LOVE grilling our corn on the cobs- partially for the convenience (since we're already using the grill to cook burgers, chicken, or hot dogs), but mainly for the taste. The kernels result in a juicy, moist, sweet taste. I used to boil my corn, but not anymore- grilling method is our preferred method and it tastes amazing!

2 ears of corn, shucked and all silk removed
2 Tbsp butter, softened
Salt, to taste
Aluminum foil

1. Heat grill to medium/medium-high heat.
2. Take approximately 1 Tbsp of softened butter, and generously cover the entire surface of the corn.
3. Sprinkle salt, to taste.
4. Wrap your corn individually in foil, sealing tightly at both ends.
5. Place your corn directly on the grill and cook, covered, for 15-20 minutes. The kernels will be tender when ready.
