Grilled Peaches with Greek Yogurt, Honey, & Cinnamon

What a refreshing and healthy dessert! This was our first attempt at grilling fruit, and it was so easy! My DB placed the peaches at the same time he placed the chicken on the grill, and they were both done at the same time.
Top it off with some greek yogurt (or goat cheese), drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of cinnamon- and you've got yourself a naturally sweet dessert fruit. Perfect for any picnic/BBQ!

Ingredients:
4 Peaches
1/8 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Carolyn Hillman's Unsalted Goat Cheese (Used Fage 0% Greek yogurt)
1/4 cup Api Chestnut Honey (Used Clover honey)
1 tablespoon Vietnamese Cinnamon (Used regular cinnamon)

Directions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Meanwhile, cut the peaches in half and discard the pit.
3. Sprinkle each interior half with a thin layer of granulated sugar and place the peaches on the grill, cut side down.
4. Grill the peaches 10-15 minutes, or until the sugar caramelizes and they are tender (timing will depend on the ripeness of the peaches).
5. Remove the peaches from the grill and fill each center with 1/8 cup of the goat cheese.
6. Drizzle with chestnut honey, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
