Spicy Honey-Brushed Chicken

If you're looking for the easiest, tastiest, no-fail chicken recipe- you've come to the right place. I made it exactly as it was written in Cooking Light, and I was thrilled with the results. The chicken was moist and full of flavor. This dish was easy to put together, and had all the ingredients in my pantry already. I paired this (mildly spicy) dish with a cool, creamy potato salad. Excellent, easy, and healthy!

2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (Used 1.75-lb chicken breasts)
Cooking spray
6 Tbsp honey (Used 3 Tbsp)
2 tsp cider vinegar (Used 1 tsp)

1. Preheat broiler.
2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Add chicken to bowl; toss to coat.
4. Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil chicken 6 minutes on each side.
5. Combine honey and vinegar in a small bowl, stirring well.
6. Remove chicken from oven; brush 1/4 cup honey mixture on chicken.
7. Broil 2-3 minutes.
8. Remove chicken from oven and turn over.
9. Brush chicken with remaining honey mixture.
10. Broil 2-3 additional minutes or until chicken is done.
