Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
Seasonings- Garlic salt, Black pepper, Cayenne pepper
3 slices Swiss cheese
10-3/4 oz can of reduced-fat cream of celery soup (any Cream of... soup would be fine here)
1/4 cup milk (Used skim milk)
2 cups stuffing mix (Used Stove Top)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
Directions:
1. Lay chicken breasts on the bottom of the slow cooker. Season chicken with desired seasonings.
2. Place cheese slices on top.
3. In a small bowl, combine soup and milk. Place into slow cooker.
4. Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly over chicken.
5. Pour the butter over the stuffing, ensuring even coating on the stuffing.
6. Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
