
I've been trying a variety of combinations of the Green Monster Smoothie- and I can confidently say this is my favorite combo (thus far)! I love the hint of peach flavor this brings, and adding a scoop of protein powder never hurts. It keeps me full from breakfast until lunch time, and I feel so energetic and light!
Ingredients:
1 scoop vanilla 100% whey protein powder
1 cup spinach
1 banana
1/2 peach
1 cup almond milk
1 cup ice
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in order that it is listed.
2. Blend and enjoy!
Yield: 20 fluid ounces
